"Round Mechanical Tubing is a welded steel tube primarily used for structural transport and aesthetic applications. Vanex Tube manufactures round tubing meeting ASTM A513 specifications with tight tolerances for concentricity and straightness."
Vanex Tube produces Round Mechanical Tubing with superior surface finish and structural integrity. Our round tubing is ideal for applications requiring high strength-to-weight ratios and consistent dimensions.

Quality Assurance & Additional Capabilities
- Eddy Current Testing: Eddy Current Testing is available as a non-destructive method for identifying surface and sub-surface flaws in the weld seam.
- I.D. Flash Scarfing: Vanex utilizes I.D. scarfing for removal of the I.D. Flash, which is more precise than I.D. Rolling. This also enables us to provide an I.D. Undercut condition, if so desired.
