Our Square Mechanical Tubing offers excellent weldability and formability. The uniform grain structure ensures reliable performance in structural applications. Vanex also manufactures rectangular tubing for applications requiring greater strength in one direction, and round tubing where cylindrical profiles are required. Fabrication Capabilities
- Squaring: Tight tolerance control
- Corner Radii: Controlled for aesthetic and functional needs
- I.D. Flash Scarfing: Vanex utilizes I.D. scarfing for removal of the I.D. Flash, which is more precise than I.D. Rolling. This also enables us to provide an I.D. Undercut condition, if so desired.
